Analyst - Customer Data Management

Responsibilities

• Assist in mining, analyzing, and interpreting data from the data warehouse to meet client and business needs
• Design, implement, and maintain complex databases to ensure data availability, accessibility, and accuracy
• Analyze marketing data and generate reports on customer information, call patterns, and demographics
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and create models to generate useful business reports
• Identify data sources and provide data flow diagrams and documentation for maintenance processes
• Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementing applications
• Review and maintain company database dictionaries and ensure system integration
• Identify and recommend new ways to streamline business processes

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or economics
• Experience in data models and data analysis
• Familiarity with database management tools such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze large datasets and write high-level technical specifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
