Analyst - CRM and Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness across accounts, leads, and opportunities
• Perform regular data cleaning to remove duplicates and fix errors
• Ensure correct usage of system fields such as industry, lead source, and deal stage
• Coordinate with business, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely data updates
• Act as a point of contact for CRM data-related questions and provide user support
• Track deal movement across stages and prepare reports on pipeline and conversions
• Highlight data gaps or issues and support data preparation for internal reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in data management, CRM, sales operations, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning and analysis
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets accurately
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other major CRM tools
