Analyst, Credit Risk Management - Consumer

Responsibilities

• Build risk strategies to manage Fraud and Credit Risk for the lending business
• Evaluate alternate data sources to solidify risk management frameworks
• Develop and implement high-quality risk models
• Communicate results and strategic recommendations clearly to various stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing solutions and implement improvements
• Balance technical modeling with a keen understanding of business implications

Requirements

• BTech/BE from Tier-I or Tier-II colleges
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and MS Excel
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, result-oriented, and agile work environment
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance technical needs with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with statistical modeling techniques such as Decision Trees and XGBoost
• Experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
