Analyst, Credit - Ld/Sr

Responsibilities

• Oversee a $7.3B collateral portfolio, including parent guarantees, letters of credit (LCs), surety bonds, and escrow accounts.
• Coordinate with Treasury to negotiate new and renewed LC facilities and collateral capacity with banking institutions.
• Review and negotiate LC forms and text in collaboration with internal Legal teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Risk, Accounting, and Project teams to ensure accurate issuance and maintenance of instruments.
• Administer the Collateral Subcommittee process, including material preparation and executive-level reporting.
• Maintain collateral-related data and workflows using SAP, SUGAR, and Paragon.
• Act as a credit risk advisor to Trading, Origination, and Commercial teams regarding new counterparties and deal structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit, Energy Trading, or Risk Management.
• Strong financial analysis and cash flow modeling skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and Paragon.
• Solid understanding of contracts and procurement structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MS in Finance, CFA, or FRM certification.
• Experience in energy trading, utilities, renewables, or infrastructure.
• Experience with project finance, EPC contracts, or renewable asset development.
• Familiarity with ISDA, NAESB, and supply agreements.
• Experience working with ETRM/CTRM or ERP platforms.
