Analyst-Control Management

Responsibilities

• Investigate risk events and issues, including root cause analysis and trend identification
• Support remediation activities by tracking progress, validating resolution effectiveness, and communicating status updates
• Perform quality assurance on issue documentation, impact analysis, and record maintenance
• Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and committee escalation materials for leadership and stakeholders
• Support end-to-end issue resolution processes and share insights and best practices across the enterprise
• Conduct sample testing to confirm remediation is complete and effective

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management, risk, or internal audit
• Understanding of the operational risk management lifecycle and issue remediation processes
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and evaluate risk scenarios
• Experience with process governance and working within policy, regulatory, or operational standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
• Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus
• Experience investigating repeated operational risk issues and conducting root cause analysis
• Experience with quality assurance for issue and event documentation
• Familiarity with Tableau dashboard creation and reporting for control management teams
