Analyst, Contracts

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis and support decision-making for the US Hospital Products Division.
• Manage contract standard processes by analyzing contractual terms and setting them up within BAM and JDE systems.
• Process monthly and daily activities via calendar to ensure compliance with established SLAs.
• Analyze and process price increases and expirations to support business unit strategies.
• Support product launches, contract resigns, and the creation of agreements or amendments.
• Manage the maintenance of verbal contracts and handle incentive/rebate payments based on volume.
• Act as a main contact for escalated issues, corporate audit requests, and quality assurance processes.
• Research and implement solutions for business issues and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (B2 level required).
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with AS400 or ERP systems (specifically JDE Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a high-performance environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain a customer focus.
