Analyst, Continuous Improvement Operational Excellence

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics on fulfillment and customer topics including error reporting and forecasted volumes
• Improve analytics capabilities by identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes
• Develop processes, analysis methodologies, and dashboards to increase efficiency
• Create innovative solutions to enable data-driven decision making and trend identification
• Analyze business performance to identify growth and resource investment opportunities
• Extract and aggregate data using complex SQL queries and apply advanced analytics using Python or R

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and transaction auditing
• Comfortable working on a production or warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
