Analyst - Confidence Virus Clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing including TCID50 assays and qPCR
• Produce high-quality virus stocks for use in virus clearance studies
• Ensure strict adherence to GLP compliance and work with QA to address issues
• Collaborate with Study Directors to follow study plans and standard operating procedures
• Write and review technical documentation, including SOPs and reports
• Conduct routine laboratory tasks such as cell culture, media preparation, and reagent preparation
• Manage the generation of cell and virus banks
• Maintain laboratory facilities, equipment calibration, and stock control in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant life scientific discipline
• Experience in cell culture and virus handling
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and purification processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technical writing skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in Virology
• Previous experience working in a GLP-compliant environment
• Prior experience in a similar laboratory role
• Experience with SOP, protocol, and report writing
