Analyst – Commercial & Expansion

Responsibilities

• Drive pricing strategies and revenue growth by monitoring airfare data across competitor sites and metasearch platforms like Skyscanner and Google Flights
• Implement strategic pricing adjustments, markups, and discounts based on real-time competitive intelligence and airline commission structures
• Manage P&L goals by monitoring route performance and maintaining daily sales transaction reports
• Activate and manage promotional deals in coordination with marketing and backend POS systems
• Coordinate with technical teams to support the integration of new PCCs, payment gateways, and suppliers
• Resolve technical issues affecting fare visibility and manage promotional coupon codes
• Validate Agency Debit Memos (ADMs) and escalate unresolved booking issues through Not Booked Reports (NBRs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in a commercial role within the travel industry
• Strong understanding of airline pricing, metasearch engines, and travel booking platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis, P&L management, and reporting tools
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Technical acumen to collaborate with IT teams on system integrations and improvements

• MBA degree
