Analyst, Commercial Capital Markets

Responsibilities

• Support deal structuring by reviewing CMHC term insured commercial multifamily mortgage opportunities
• Assess deals against investor preferences and mandates to drive targeted deal flow
• Organize matched opportunities into optimized pools structured for securitization
• Lead regular investor meetings to deliver pipeline status updates
• Recommend and provide process improvements using Excel and AI utilities
• Link internal and external partners by managing daily priorities and stakeholder demands

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in finance, real estate, business, or a related field
• One year of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, CMHC mortgages, valuation, risk, or credit analysis
• High proficiency in Excel with strong data investigation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities
