Analyst, College Access and Preparedness Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of CAP systems, trackers, workflows, and operational infrastructures
• Maintain accurate CAP data systems and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity
• Build and manage dashboards and reports to provide visibility into scholar progress and outcomes
• Coordinate with CAP team leaders, Data Services, and school-based teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Support project planning, including defining milestones, owners, and timelines
• Implement AI-enabled workflows for review, tracking, and process automation
• Identify manual or error-prone processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, data analysis, or program management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data systems and reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with technology tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI-enabled workflows, automation, or process optimization
• Experience in education operations
