Analyst CEMEX University

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of learning experiences aligned with global business needs.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Global Business Leaders to ensure learning alignment with strategic capabilities.
• Participate in the design and deployment of new learning programs, leveraging emerging technologies and platforms.
• Coordinate the deployment of learning programs through the HR network to reach target audiences across different regions.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions (in-person and online) to ideate, co-create, and test solutions for workshops and seminars.
• Manage and update the CXU Dashboard with weekly data to track success metrics.
• Act as an expert user of all CEMEX University learning technologies to ensure optimal use of learning assets.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish (interviews will be conducted in English).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Psychology, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• High multicultural communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Instructional Design.
• Background in Internal Communication, Organizational Development, or Corporate Learning.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking, AGILE methodologies, or Innovation processes.
