Analyst, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for portfolios by analyzing weekly risk trackers and financial dashboards to mitigate potential financial impacts
• Partner with delivery teams to develop intervention strategies, ensuring margin protection and contract compliance
• Lead risk review sessions with portfolio leaders to provide insights into engagement health, resource utilization, and financial performance
• Monitor standardized operational workflows across client engagements to ensure consistency in the delivery lifecycle
• Assist pursuit leads in maintaining sales, opportunity, and staffing data integrity within internal systems
• Act as a liaison with global services teams to resolve operational issues and clarify processes

Requirements

• 1-4+ years of professional work experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for executive audiences
• Financial aptitude and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track information and analyze trends
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Conversational proficiency in French

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the professional services industry
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Experience using data visualization dashboards such as Power BI
• Fluency in French
