Analyst, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Onboard Consumer clients, including eCommerce brands and non-gaming apps, to the AppLovin platform.
• Educate partners on AppLovin’s Consumer growth solutions and drive strategic action plans for their growth.
• Set up new campaigns for success by leveraging best practices for creative assets and performance targets.
• Define and analyze key metrics to ensure successful outcomes for Consumer partners.
• Become a subject matter expert on AppLovin’s mobile advertising products for the Consumer vertical.
• Partner with the broader regional Business Development team to drive market adoption.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to build arguments from complex data.
• Demonstrated experience handling large data sets and identifying actionable patterns.
• Strong analytical ability and a strategic grasp of the "big picture."
• Proven interest in technology and high-tech/big data environments.
• Ability to work onsite at our Shanghai office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Consumer space and brand operations.
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting.
• Familiarity with AppLovin or other User Acquisition (UA) platforms.
• Understanding of intelligent decision-making models (e.g., game theory).
