Analyst, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Onboard eCommerce brands and non-gaming apps to the AppLovin platform and educate them on growth solutions.
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and drive actionable growth plans.
• Set up and optimize new campaigns using best practices for creative and performance targets.
• Define and analyze key metrics to ensure the success of Consumer partners.
• Develop deep expertise in AppLovin’s mobile advertising products for the Consumer sector.
• Collaborate with the regional Business Development team to drive market adoption.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Proven experience handling and analyzing large, complex data sets to drive strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical ability and a strategic understanding of business "big picture" goals.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Consumer space or brand operations.
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting.
• Familiarity with AppLovin or other User Acquisition (UA) platforms.
• Understanding of intelligent decision-making models, such as game theory.
