Analyst, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Interface, negotiate, and develop high-impact relationships with mobile game and app developers to support growth in User Acquisition and Ad Monetization within the GCR region.
• Collaborate directly with gaming app developers to improve advertising campaign performance and monetization stacks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account issues in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
• Use data to guide the strategy and implementation of AppLovin products and solutions.
• Liaise with internal technical and operations teams to resolve developer-focused technical queries.
• Perform competitive analysis and distill complex mobile advertising landscape trends into actionable narratives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in User Acquisition, Account Management, Business Development, or Sales within mobile advertising, gaming, or relevant industries.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional client management skills with a proven track record in business retention and growth.
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.

• A personal interest in mobile gaming.
• Previous experience working at or founding a startup in a fast-paced environment.
