Analyst – Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and develop executive-level dashboards that synthesize complex data into clear, compelling visualizations.
• Refresh existing reports and identify opportunities to enhance BI tools and dashboard structures.
• Generate strategic insights from data assets to provide recommendations for media campaigns.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on media performance at the channel, partner, and audience levels.
• Support measurement initiatives including attribution, test-and-learn frameworks, and incrementality assessments.
• Partner with marketing, media, and commercial stakeholders to answer key business questions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in commercial analytics or dashboard development.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Excel (formulas and pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Python (Jupyter Notebooks).
• Experience with omnichannel datasets (Digital Engagement, Media, and Campaign Engagement).
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts like descriptive statistics and probability distributions.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry functions including sales, marketing, and supply chain.
