Analyst Broking

Responsibilities

• Manage the centralized placement of compliance lines through the CEM process
• Provide continuous technical advisory services to assigned clients
• Engage in business opportunities arising from renewals and modifications
• Monitor and follow up on client quotations to meet specialty forecasting objectives
• Manage the tracking and delivery of promissory notes
• Ensure revenue compliance for the specialty line through timely invoicing
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and insurance companies via phone and email
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of excellent service to assigned clients
• Assist in the handling and management of client claims when required

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Compliance and Civil Liability (specifically non-contractual liability derived from compliance)
• University degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client relationships
• High level of data precision and attention to detail
• Effective oral and written communication skills for reporting and client interaction
• Ability to identify priorities and manage multiple cases simultaneously
