Analyst, Bond & Loan Origination

Responsibilities

• Support the Bond & Loan Origination function through all transaction stages, from initial analysis to final documentation and completion.
• Prepare pricing, deal screening support memos, and materials for pricing meetings.
• Lead the production of high-quality, tailor-made client presentations and pitch-books.
• Conduct market research regarding pricing, deal structures, and investor activity.
• Manage the documentation process and prepare client offers.
• Provide administrative and compliance support to senior originators.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in an Analyst level position at a global bank.
• University degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary regulatory certifications.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong ability to manage large workloads and meet tight deadlines in a pressurized environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with deal pricing or structuring for Bonds or Loans.
