Analyst, BES, FAS, GL & Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end close activities for assigned legal entities.
• Perform daily bank account reconciliations against SAP and post manual bank statements.
• Manage foreign exchange rate revaluation, analysis, and posting.
• Calculate, review, and post journal entries related to cash activity, accruals, allocations, and payroll.
• Execute internal controls and ensure General Ledger procedures conform to GAAP and company policies.
• Perform reconciliation of various accounts including cash, prepaid, accruals, and equity.
• Support profit center corrections and fiscal year-end carry-forward processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal clients to ensure service level agreements are met.

Requirements

• 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficiency with the SAP platform.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas).
• University degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English with advanced writing skills and intermediate to advanced speaking skills.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous experience working in a Shared Services environment.
