Analyst, Batch Processing

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day batch processing operations to ensure smooth delivery of bureau services to subscribing members.
• Accurately process batch portfolio reviews and proof of concept reviews according to agreed service levels.
• Review and clean input data files prior to processing to maintain high data quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve customer goals and communicate batch results.
• Provide back-end support for internal and external requests regarding systems, products, and services.
• Assist in monthly reconciliation of client billing against system reports.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on bureau systems prior to production rollouts.
• Contribute to the successful completion of specific project milestones.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in back-end support, data cleansing, and data processing.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in professional business email writing and communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle operational tasks and maintain high service levels in a fast-paced environment.
