Analyst/Associate, Alternative Credit Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Create and develop content for marketing and due diligence materials, including PPMs, pitch books, fact sheets, and DDQs
• Prepare responses for RFPs, DDQs, track record analyses, and investor requests
• Liaise across internal functions such as investment, legal, tax, and finance to synthesize information for communication materials
• Conduct market and competitor research, monitoring peer performance and investment strategies
• Coordinate logistics and presentation materials for investor meetings and industry conferences
• Draft written correspondence to investors, including mass communications and customized follow-ups
• Support strategic projects for new business development and manage marketing initiatives in targeted regions
• Coordinate due diligence and onboarding processes for new investors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and SIE licenses (or ability to obtain within 3 months of start date)
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Intralinks or similar data room platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent the firm professionally
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
• Knowledge of structured credit or experience in banking, investment, or marketing
