About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and develop content for marketing and due diligence materials, including PPMs, pitch books, fact sheets, and DDQs
- Prepare responses for RFPs, DDQs, track record analyses, and investor requests
- Liaise across internal functions such as investment, legal, tax, and finance to synthesize information for communication materials
- Conduct market and competitor research, monitoring peer performance and investment strategies
- Coordinate logistics and presentation materials for investor meetings and industry conferences
- Draft written correspondence to investors, including mass communications and customized follow-ups
- Support strategic projects for new business development and manage marketing initiatives in targeted regions
- Coordinate due diligence and onboarding processes for new investors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and SIE licenses (or ability to obtain within 3 months of start date)
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Intralinks or similar data room platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent the firm professionally
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
- Knowledge of structured credit or experience in banking, investment, or marketing
