Analyst, Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Support operating teams in maximizing asset values and investment returns through detailed financial and market analysis.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on operational and development activities, synthesizing property and market-level trends.
• Maintain cash flow and Argus valuation models for budgeting, lease transactions, and capital expenditures.
• Assist in the periodic appraisal process by liaising with external appraisers and reviewing valuation models.
• Support the preparation of annual plans, budgets, and client presentations.
• Provide analytical support for transactions involving asset acquisitions or sales.
• Coordinate with brokers to analyze market trends and transaction data.

Requirements

• University degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of finance concepts and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex issues clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise and Yardi.
• Experience working with diverse asset classes including office, retail, industrial, and multi-residential.
