Analyst

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, negotiate, and expand high-impact relationships with mobile app developers to support company growth.
• Utilize data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential.
• Collaborate directly with app developers to improve advertising campaign performance and monetization stacks.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, prioritize accounts, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Serve as a liaison with internal technical and operations teams to provide comprehensive customer support for publisher queries.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the mobile advertising landscape through competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional client management skills and ability to drive business growth.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.
• A "can-do" mentality with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing.
• Experience working at or founding a start-up in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude, such as being an Excel whiz or having a background in computer science.
• A natural passion for problem-solving and digging through complex data to find answers.
