Analyst/AM Risk Operations

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and regularly review risk management policies and processes to safeguard capital
• Identify and manage client-level and stock-level risks on open positions
• Execute risk reduction by squaring off open positions identified under high risk
• Collaborate with internal product, business, and finance teams to ascertain risk and credit requirements
• Manage and control overall EOD/BOD processes, including CTC/Neat/Bolt terminals
• Ensure strict compliance with all SEBI regulations and regulatory frameworks
• Handle concurrent and internal audits
• Manage business reporting and provide ad hoc reports as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in stock market risk and surveillance management
• Deep knowledge of SEBI regulations and stock broking risk frameworks
• Hands-on experience across Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Commodities, Gilt, Bonds, and Gsec
• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
• Graduate or post-graduate degree from a leading institute
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment
