Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the management of an asset portfolio
• Establish various reporting documents
• Participate in the development, updating, and implementation of 5-year business plans for assets
• Monitor net rent and its optimization
• Follow Asset Management operations alongside Asset Managers
• Coordinate with management, commercialization, operations, marketing, and legal services

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school
• Strong ability to manipulate and analyze numerical data
• Entrepreneurial spirit with negotiation and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Rigorous, organized, and reactive with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
