Analyst, Alt Investments

Responsibilities

• Support the servicing, accounting, valuation, and transaction processing of alternative investments, specifically Private Equity limited partnerships.
• Act as a key liaison between client relationship managers, general partners, investment managers, and internal teams.
• Reconcile and update monthly and quarterly valuations provided by general partners against internal systems.
• Process limited partnership transactions, including capital calls, distributions, income, and fee activity.
• Monitor transaction activity and support cash movements, including wires to and from partnership banks.
• Resolve internal and external inquiries from clients, auditors, and fund managers.
• Identify valuation discrepancies and process errors to ensure accurate client data and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of capital markets, including Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or Commingled Funds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
• Practical understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
• Knowledge of securities operations and rules governing security and cash movement.
