Analyst - Accounting

Responsibilities

• Support accounting activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries for cash, expenses, and intercompany transactions
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close processes, including the preparation of accruals and period-end adjustments
• Prepare and review bank, cash, and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with global counterparties to resolve differences
• Conduct account movement and variance analysis versus prior periods
• Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US to support consistent reporting
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve close efficiency and accounting workflows

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 0-3 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with Workday financials
• Experience with Workiva
