Analyst 5, Business Applications - Kinaxis

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Kinaxis solutions for demand, supply, and inventory planning
• Manage end-to-end system implementations and upgrades with minimal business disruption
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations
• Oversee development of planning models, reports, and dashboards for stakeholder insights
• Direct cross-functional teams including business analysts and system administrators
• Establish best practices for system governance, data quality, and process standardization
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs
• Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements and emerging planning methodologies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align system capabilities with business objectives
• Mentor and develop team members to foster technical excellence

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or business systems management
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse platform
• Proven track record leading system implementations and complex technical projects
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proficiency in data analysis, SQL queries, and reporting tools
• Expertise in supply chain processes including demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Kinaxis RapidResponse certification
• Experience with advanced analytics or machine learning in planning
• Experience with cloud-based planning solutions
