Analyst 5, Business Applications - Kinaxis

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Kinaxis solutions to support demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Manage end-to-end system implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of planning models, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Direct cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system administrators, to ensure successful system adoption.
• Establish best practices for system governance, data quality, and process standardization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to reduce operational costs.
• Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements and emerging planning methodologies.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or business systems management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform, including configuration and customization.
• Proven experience leading system implementations and managing complex technical projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis, SQL queries, and reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and their integration with planning platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Kinaxis RapidResponse or related supply chain planning credentials.
• Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning applications in planning, or cloud-based planning solutions.
