Analyst, 3PL Supply Chain Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze production, inventory control, distribution, and cost analysis to develop solutions for 3PL operations.
• Own customer-facing reporting, including weekly/monthly service scorecards, OTIF, lead times, and improvement roadmaps.
• Validate network models, optimize scenarios, and assist in analyzing output to answer complex supply chain questions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to develop tools and organizational capabilities for a data-driven supply chain.
• Assist with tracking import shipments to ensure timely customs clearance and warehouse delivery.
• Review and approve invoices related to supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in operations or supply chain roles.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven knowledge of methodologies for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, especially when working with external partners.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma training and certification.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare services or specialty pharmacy.
• APICS certification.
• Proficiency in JDE (JD Edwards).
• Experience with inventory/warehouse management or finance/accounting.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
