Analyst 3, Financial Controls

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction and optimization through big data analytics and 4IR methodologies
• Achieve short and long-term cost management goals for assigned areas
• Perform cost-related analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly actual cost performance including MVA and cost avoidance
• Monitor and drive cost reduction projects within planned timelines and budgets
• Communicate with stakeholders and attend management meetings regarding cost efficiency
• Share best practices within the Cost Control team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a cost-related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Semi-Conductor or NAND Flash assembly industry
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of databases
• Strong problem-solving and data analytic skills
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with finance accounting and cost management knowledge
