Analyst 3, Finance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budget planning and monthly spending forecasts
• Monitor spending forecasts versus actuals on a weekly and monthly basis
• Track and compare actual company spending against the budget and report significant changes to management
• Analyze spending expenses to ensure correct recording and provide reports to counterpart departments
• Coordinate with related departments to achieve measurement targets
• Verify PR completeness and ensure budget availability
• Set up the Standard Cost forecast for HDD Thailand

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance or as a Financial Analyst
• Experience with product cost forecasting and inventory variance forecasting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English
• Computer literacy and logical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Planning & Oracle Cloud
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of accountability and continuous learning mindset
