Analyst 3, Finance

Responsibilities

• Provide budget, forecast, and variance analysis to offer insights for improved financial management
• Simplify complex financial and operational information to provide clear rationale for leadership
• Collaborate across departments on special projects and ad-hoc requests using financial expertise
• Track and perform trend analysis on Technical Operations metrics and data
• Navigate and organize large data sets to understand business impacts
• Present monthly results to internal leadership with data-supported narratives
• Partner with business leaders to support decision-making regarding strategic growth and operational effectiveness

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in financial analysis and financial modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
