About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the Clarity PPM platform end to end, including design, development, testing, and rollout of enhancements
  • Build and maintain Clarity analytics, reports, and dashboards using Jaspersoft, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Create test scripts, coordinate UAT, and support system updates and releases
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and functional support to global users across PMO, project, and power user communities
  • Partner with vendor support and internal IT teams to resolve integration, database, environment, and security issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Clarity PPM functional modules
  • Strong knowledge of Clarity administration, security, permissions, job scheduling, and data architecture
  • Extensive experience with SQL and XOG
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Solid understanding of Oracle, relational modeling, and general database concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GEL Script, REST APIs, process automation, and integrations
  • PMP certification or PMO experience in program and financial planning
  • Experience scaling enterprise applications in a large organization
