Analyst 3, Business Applications

Responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end accountability for the Clarity PPM platform, including design, development, testing, and rollout of new features and UX enhancements.
• Manage Clarity analytics by developing and maintaining Jaspersoft reports and Tableau or PowerBI dashboards.
• Oversee system updates, including the creation and execution of test scripts and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Lead global systems training for a diverse user community, including PMO, Project Managers, and Power Users.
• Provide in-depth functional and user support through advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with vendor support and internal IT departments to resolve environment, integration, database, and security issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Clarity PPM functional modules (Project, Portfolio, Resource, Timesheet, Financial, and Demand Management).
• Strong knowledge of Clarity Administration, including security, permissions, job scheduling, and data architecture.
• Extensive experience with SQL and XOG.
• Proficiency with BI analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Solid understanding of database concepts, including Oracle, generic SQL, and relational modeling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines in a productive manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GEL Script, REST API, process automation, and integrations.
• PMP Certification or prior PMO experience focused on program and financial planning (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Experience building and scaling high-quality applications at an enterprise level.
