Analyst 2, Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate record setup in Oracle Fusion
• Assist with day-to-day vendor master operations and coordinate tasks with the offshore VMO team
• Apply documented policies regarding vendor data governance, risk mitigation, and compliance (W-9/1099, TIN matching, OFAC)
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and IT to resolve vendor setup inquiries
• Prepare, record, and review Accounts Payable transactions and remittance information
• Perform basic account reconciliations and research to identify posting errors or missing information
• Monitor vendor onboarding metrics and prepare routine reports for leadership review
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance process efficiency and data quality

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or vendor maintenance
• Experience with vendor onboarding and Accounts Payable processing
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion
• Strong understanding of general accounting and data governance procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
