Analyst 1, Warehouse – Digital Operations & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Extract, structure, and validate WMS/ERP data to ensure high data integrity
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and visual management tools for operational monitoring
• Monitor operational flows and proactively highlight risks or bottlenecks
• Identify data anomalies, system gaps, or transaction failures and drive resolution
• Support inventory accuracy through data-driven variance analysis
• Drive automation of repetitive tasks using digital tools, scripting, or system enhancements
• Design and enhance digital workflows to replace manual tracking
• Collaborate with Ops, Planning, QA, IT, and Procurement to drive cross-functional solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Computer Science
• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• Foundational BI capability in Power BI or Tableau
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and data flows (WMS/ERP)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, SQL, VBA, or Power Query
• Experience building dashboards, automation tools, or data pipelines
• Exposure to warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) or operations analytics
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, or structured problem-solving methodologies
• Exposure to automation technologies, IoT, AI/ML, or smart manufacturing concepts
