Analyst 1, Inventory Control

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and data integrity across WMS, ERP, and MES systems
• Monitor inventory movements including receipts, storage, kitting, and issuance
• Support cycle count processes, variance analysis, and root cause identification
• Enable real-time inventory visibility through dashboards and system tools
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives such as system enhancements and workflow automation
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Finance, QA, and IT to resolve issues
• Validate and maintain inventory master data and transaction accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data structuring and analysis
• Foundational knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and data flows
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python, SQL, VBA, or Power Query
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Exposure to inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics
• Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods like RCA, Lean, or Kaizen
• Interest in automation, AI, IoT, or digital supply chain concepts
