About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and data integrity across WMS, ERP, and MES systems.
- Monitor inventory movements, including receipts, storage, and issuance, to mitigate risks of shortages or excess.
- Support cycle count processes, variance analysis, and root cause identification for discrepancies.
- Drive digital transformation by supporting automation initiatives and developing data dashboards for real-time visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and IT to resolve inventory issues.
- Maintain process standards, SOPs, and system data structures to ensure audit readiness and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work with complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically regarding data structuring and analysis.
- Foundational knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and digital data flows.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over assigned processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge such as Python, SQL, VBA, or Power Query.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain analytics.
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies like Lean, Kaizen, or Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Interest in automation, AI, IoT, or digital supply chain concepts.
