Analogues Beverages Powder Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize powdered beverage analogues to ensure high product quality and stability
• Drive innovative solutions through close collaboration with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams
• Focus on ingredient functionality, processing methods, and enhancing product formulations
• Address formulation challenges to improve product stability and consumer satisfaction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in beverage powder development, specifically with analogues or alternative products
• Profound understanding of drying technologies, powder formulation, and ingredient interactions
• Proven experience with pilot plant scale-up and industrial production processes
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in English
