About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and RF integrated circuit blocks including bias networks, regulators, amplifiers, and supporting analog circuitry
- Perform schematic design, circuit simulation, and performance optimization using industry-standard design tools
- Collaborate with RFIC designers and system engineers to integrate analog circuits into RF front-end architectures
- Work with layout engineers to ensure designs meet performance, area, and reliability requirements
- Support silicon validation, characterization, and debugging of fabricated chips
- Document design methodologies, simulation results, and measurement data
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience with analog circuit design
- Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles and semiconductor device behavior
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Atlanta, GA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing analog or RF circuits in CMOS, SOI, or similar semiconductor processes
- Familiarity with RFIC design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or ADS
- Understanding of RF front-end architectures and wireless communication systems
- Experience supporting silicon validation and measurement of integrated circuits
