About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop analog and RF integrated circuit blocks including bias networks, regulators, amplifiers, and supporting analog circuitry
  • Perform schematic design, circuit simulation, and performance optimization using industry-standard design tools
  • Collaborate with RFIC designers and system engineers to integrate analog circuits into RF front-end architectures
  • Work with layout engineers to ensure designs meet performance, area, and reliability requirements
  • Support silicon validation, characterization, and debugging of fabricated chips
  • Document design methodologies, simulation results, and measurement data
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience with analog circuit design
  • Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles and semiconductor device behavior
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Atlanta, GA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing analog or RF circuits in CMOS, SOI, or similar semiconductor processes
  • Familiarity with RFIC design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or ADS
  • Understanding of RF front-end architectures and wireless communication systems
  • Experience supporting silicon validation and measurement of integrated circuits
