Analog/Mixed-Signal SerDes Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architecture, design, and development of analog/mixed-signal hard macros for SerDes IP
• Perform custom circuit design using advanced FinFET and GAA technology nodes
• Create design specifications and behavioral models in Verilog
• Set up, run, and analyze complex circuit simulations
• Perform quality assurance procedures and silicon characterization analysis
• Deliver hard macros and support customer integration and testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience
• Experience with transistor-level circuit implementation
• Proficiency with SPICE simulators and schematic capture tools
• Knowledge of analog layout techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant engineering field
• Experience in high-speed wireline SerDes, PLL, DDR, or other high-speed applications
• Expertise in designing op-amps, bandgaps, differential amplifiers, VCO, PLL, or DLL
• Understanding of signal integrity in high-speed wireline design
• Experience with scripting to automate circuit design and verification tasks
• Ability to perform full-custom analog layout and extract verification
