Analog/RF & mmWave Senior Principal Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop industrial hardware and software test solutions for mass production of Analog, RF, and mmWave automotive radar products
• Support design teams during the development phase of new products by implementing Design for Test (DfT) features
• Develop test strategies, associated test programs, and ATE hardware
• Balance electrical performance, time-to-market, quality, and cost throughout the product lifecycle
• Prepare test setups for formal product qualification and release into mass production
• Collaborate across organizational and geographical boundaries to drive deliverables to timely completion

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Analog, RF, or mmWave test development
• Extensive experience using ATE-systems (Advantest or Smartest8 experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Analog, RF, and mmWave PCB design for ATE loadboards
• Strong knowledge of measurement techniques and Design for Testability (DfT)
• Familiarity with quality screening techniques
• Fluency in English with the ability to operate in a global environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and strong problem-solving skills
