Analista VIM

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous review of supplier portfolios to ensure accuracy.
• Solve accounting problems related to invoice processing.
• Manage the VIM inbox and clear pending entries to maintain up-to-date records.
• Generate appropriation requests and manage advance payments.
• Clean up pending entries and VIM inbox items, ensuring no items exceed 30 days.
• Monitor and follow up on critical payments to prevent supplier credit holds.
• Generate requisitions for indirect material needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to request necessary invoice corrections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (LAE), Industrial Engineering (IIS), or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in materials or procurement areas.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (CXP) processes.
• English language proficiency between 50% and 80%.
• Experience in the metal-mechanical industry is a plus.
