Analista Transformación Experiencia del Cliente

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, functionality, and user experience of technological developments through end-to-end testing.
• Design, document, and maintain detailed test matrices, including scenarios, test data, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute various testing types, including smoke, functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform testing across multiple devices (PC, laptop, tablet, mobile) to validate behavior across digital channels and branches.
• Generate daily reports detailing findings, environment behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with business, UX, and technology teams to facilitate the integration of requirements and certification evidence.
• Support key users during certification processes to ensure a smooth and clear experience.

Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Testing, QA, or Test Engineering roles with a focus on functional and end-to-end execution.
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and proposing improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in validating banking or financial applications.
• Experience with high-volume transactional applications.
• Experience in formal UAT certification processes.
