Analista Transaccional Comercial Implementación

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer SME Transactional Banking databases to generate statistics and reports for products including payroll, electronic banking, and ATMs.
• Act as a liaison between regional managers and the central area to consolidate requirements such as PCI client certifications and regulatory notices.
• Administer meetings and prepare result presentations for the territory.
• Monitor ATM statistics to improve regional availability and track product profitability.
• Organize the agenda for the Sub-director of SME Transactional Banking and manage sales manager schedules.
• Conduct weekly meetings with managers and analysts to reinforce information bulletins and central area requests.
• Follow up on missing documentation for companies and Point of Sale (POS) terminals.
• Monitor NPS (Net Promoter Score) and communicate feedback to product areas.
• Track inactive payroll accounts and monitor the activation of digital banking services (Bep and BEM).
• Monitor fraud prevention alerts and ensure timely information submission.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, training, and budget follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (with professional license/cédula) in Administration, Finance, Communication, Engineering, Economics, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in CRM, information processing, or branch banking environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency is desirable but not mandatory.
