Analista Técnico Sistemas de Gestión

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and follow up on management system audits
• Organize audit planning and logistics including flights and lodging
• Support the commercial area in closing sales and resolving process doubts
• Act as a liaison with stakeholders
• Manage audit files (physical and electronic) according to internal procedures
• Make certification decisions by reviewing audit findings and documentation
• Prepare documents for accreditations and follow up with ONAC
• Maintain updated databases for traceability and information accuracy
• Review requests, scopes, and quotes for initial clients and renewals
• Qualify as a Technical Expert and Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

Requirements

• Engineering degree in related fields
• Diploma in quality, environmental, or occupational health and safety management systems
• Minimum one year of experience in conformity assessment, standardization, or accreditation
• Knowledge of national and international accreditation schemes
• Experience as an internal or external auditor
