Analista Técnico Pós Vendas Sr

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy to fleets to influence sales, acquire new customers, and increase brand loyalty.
• Develop technical support materials and reports based on data collection and analysis.
• Offer technical assistance to customers through both on-site visits and remote support.
• Conduct technical lectures and training sessions for mechanics, drivers, salespeople, and students across various channels including distributors and workshops.
• Manage product performance information and provide technical support for customer warranty processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish; English is considered a plus.
• Proven experience in technical assistance or after-sales service for commercial vehicle fleets.
• Experience in developing and delivering technical automotive training and presentations.
• Availability for field work in the state of Paraná (specifically Cascavel and Foz do Iguaçu) and supporting export markets such as Paraguay and Bolivia.
