Analista Técnico de Pós Vendas

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to clients through both in-person visits and remote service.
• Conduct technical lectures and training sessions for various stakeholders, including fleet managers, distributors, workshops, and students.
• Act as a technical consultant for fleets in collaboration with internal and external commercial partners to monitor product performance.
• Capture and analyze data to develop technical support materials and performance reports.
• Provide technical support regarding the customer warranty process.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is considered a plus.
• Proven experience in technical assistance or after-sales service specifically for commercial vehicle fleets.
• Experience in developing and delivering technical automotive training and presentations.
• Availability for field work and travel within the state of Curitiba.
